Application of Iron Oxide Pigments 2

I am Otto, learning about pigments. As a benchmark in the pigment industry, Lanxess has always been in a leading position. Today, I will learn about the application of Lanxess Bayferrox® and Colortherm® series pigments in coloring concrete roof tiles. If there are any errors, please help me correct them.
The method of making concrete roof tiles: using cement and sand as the main raw materials, mixed in a certain proportion. In addition, an appropriate amount of water needs to be added for stirring to form a malleable tile material. Use a wheel mill forced mixer for mixing to ensure thorough mixing of raw materials. Add the mixed material into the molding machine, remove excess moisture through pressure filtration, and form a dry and hard tile blank. The formed tile blank needs to be naturally cured on the pallet for 24 hours, and then moved to the yard for further curing. The maintenance period is 28 days to ensure complete hardening of the tiles.
The coloring methods for colored concrete roof tiles include surface coloring, whole body coloring, and wet coloring. Surface coloring is the process of spraying paint onto roof tiles after the maintenance phase. Whole body coloring is the process of adding solid color pigments and stirring them together during the stirring stage, typically in shades of gray black and reddish brown.
