Application of Iron Oxide Pigments 15

2024 / 12 / 27
I am Otto, learning about pigments. As a benchmark in the pigment industry, Lanxess has always been in a leading position. Today, I will learn about the application of Lanxess Bayoxide® series pigments in Complex Inorganic Color Pigments(CICP). If there are any errors, please help me correct them.

CICP is a high-temperature resistant mixed phase color pigment used not only in ceramic glazes, but also in high-temperature resistant plastic and coating applications. Lanxess provides comprehensive Bayoxide ® Chromium oxide series, especially black, yellow, and blue. To obtain these colors, our chromium oxide is mixed with other metal oxides such as FeO (black), cobalt (blue), and titanium (yellow) oxides, and these highly stable pigments are formed through high-temperature synthesis reactions.

Due to extremely precise control of particle morphology and size distribution during the manufacturing process, these products have high purity and can provide very narrow specifications.
